DELAVAN – Nancy A. Heeringa, age 71, of Delavan passed away on Wednesday, December 27th, 2023 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn. She was born in Elkhorn on July 10th, 1952 to Robert and Patricia (Moore) Wingren. Nancy graduated from DDHS in 1970. She was united in marriage to Rich Heeringa on June 25th, 1983 at Christ Episcopal Church in Delavan. Nancy enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her family. She especially loved taking her grandchildren on family trips.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Rich; two sons Ryan (Jacie) Wiedmer of Janesville, and Brett Wiedmer, of Janesville; two brothers, Rob and John Wingren; Grandchildren Courtney (Charles), Ryan, and Nathan and her Great-granddaughter Ava.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, her sons, Douglas and Scott Heeringa, and her grandson Gage Wiedmer.
****UPDATE **** Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Christ Episcopal Church, 503 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday at the church.
