DELAVAN – Neal E. “Tubby” Brewer, age 72, of Delavan passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn. He was born in Elkhorn on July 2, 1951 to Warren and Hazel (Smith) Brewer. Tubby worked at Sta-Rite for several years and then became the owner of Tubby’s Too Bar and Grill. He was united in marriage to Laurie Smith in 2011. Tubby enjoyed golfing at Delbrook and was in a bowling league at Delavan Lanes for many years. Tubby also enjoyed all Wisconsin sports.
Tubby is survived by his wife, Laurie; a daughter, Trisha Alexander, of Fort Atkinson; two sons, Jason (Andrea) Brewer, of Neenah, WI, and Tim (Mandie) Brewer, of Fort Atkinson; grandchildren, Graham, Rory, Flynn, Hayden, Blake, Emily, Devon, Ethan, and Anika; a sister, Sandi (Ron) Henriott, of Delavan; a brother, Darryl Brewer, of Delavan; and many nieces and nephews.
Tubby is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gary; sister-in-law, Diane; and a niece, Debi.
Celebration of Life will be held from NOON - 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Greenies Clubhouse Pavilion, 700 S. 2nd Street in Delavan.
