DELAVAN – Patricia J. Martin, age 80, of Delavan passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Ridgestone Village in Delavan. She was born in Harvard, IL on July 29, 1937 to Claude and Helen (Gile) Robinson. Patricia was united in marriage to Richard Martin on February 5, 1954 at Delavan United Methodist Church in Delavan. She delivered mail in Delavan for over 26 years. Patricia also belonged to a neighborhood card club. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend to many and will be missed by all.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard; five children, Rick (Linda) Martin, of Delavan, Peggy (David) Behrens, of Delavan, Stacy Trisler, of La Crosse, WI, Trisha (Mark) Karbash, of Delavan, and David Martin, of Dublin, OH, 11 grandchildren, Nick (Jen) Martin, Emma Behrens, Holli Behrens, Laura Behrens, Bree Trisler, Bryn (Brad Dolezal) Trisler, Zachariah (Emily) Karbash, Richard Karbash, Thomas Karbash, Tori Martin, and Tyler Martin; four great grandchildren; a sister, Kathy (Jerry) Vance, and a brother, Jim (Jean) Robinson.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Jonathan Martin; and a sister, Dixie Horgan.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Delavan United Methodist Church, 213 S. 2nd Street in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the church. Burial will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan. Memorials can be directed to Delavan United Methodist Church or St. Croix Hospice. A special thanks to the wonderful caregivers at Ridgestone Village.
