Patrick R. Mihalski passed peacefully into God’s arms on November 5, 2020. He was born in Krakow, WI to the late Victoria (Swiecichowski) and Jacob Mihalski on March 13, 1941. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1959 and entered into the Army. After three years of service, he married his beloved wife, Frances (Cookie) Meckler, on August 22, 1964. Pat and Cookie spent 56 years together raising a beautiful family. Pat worked for over 20 years as a supervisor at Flexon in Chicago.
Pat is survived by his loving wife, Frances (Cookie), and his adoring children, Mark (Nancy), Jacqueline, and Keith. Pat was an amazing grandfather to Jaimelee (Alex), Christopher, and Stacy, who will miss him dearly. Pat is also survived by his favorite pup, Jett.
Pat was loved by three sisters, Bernadine (late James) Dohnal, late Roseann (late Joseph) Tendy, and Bridget (late Justin) Liddle, a step-brother, the late Thomas Kolakowski, and his in-laws late Paul (Patsy) Meckler. He was also the caring uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Pat loved fishing, hunting, gardening, birds, and watching his beloved Packers. His greatest pleasure was being outside and spending time with his family.
The world is a better place for having known him. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home
