ELKHORN –Paul V. Weinstock, 85, of Elkhorn, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2022. He was born on May 23, 1937 in Evergreen Park, IL. He was married to Barbara in 1959 for 57 years before she preceded him in 2016.
Paul is survived by his children Amy (Tim) Rennels, Paul Jr (Carrie), Julia Beckstrom (Robert) and Matthew (Jane). Paul was blessed with 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is also survived by three siblings and several nieces and nephews.
