Raymond C. Kooistra, 73, of Rockton, IL passed away on January 25, 2021 at Delavan Health Services. He was born on September 14, 1947 in Lansing, Michigan to Clarence and Mildred Kooistra. Ray proudly served in the Navy. He was united in marriage to Donna (Munn) in 1985. Raymond was an active genealogist, enjoyed being out on the water and fishing.
Ray is survived by his wife, Donna, son, Michael Joseph and daughter, Joanna Marie.
