Rebecca Susan Larson, age 61 of Delavan, WI, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Mercy Walworth. She was born October 12, 1951 in Peru, Illinois. The daughter of William and Shirley (Schultz) Yazbec. Rebecca was united in marriage on November 20, 1971 to Ron Larson in Delavan, WI. Becky retired on June 1, 2013 from Pentair in Delavan after 44 years. She loved quilting , baking, making crafts for her grandchildren and especially enjoyed making desserts for the holidays. She was a very caring and loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling each summer to California to spend time with her son Brian and his family and treasured time with her grandchildren, Zoey and Riley. Becky was a real dog lover and had many Shelties over the years, Willy and Buddy will miss Becky. Rebecca is survived by her loving husband, Ron of Delavan, WI, her son Brian (Robbin) Larson of CA, her two grandchildren Zoey and Riley, her mother Shirley Yazbec of Delavan, WI, her brother Bill (Lissie) Yazbec of Delavan, WI, her three sisters; Shelley Wood (Dominick Dalitto)of AZ, Cindy (Henry) Blazer of Darien, WI, and Robin (James) Regan of Delavan, WI, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father William Yazbec and her three aunts Claire "Honey" (Wayne) Batchelder, Jean (Calvin) Monroe and Lois (Tony) Quartucci.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, WI. Visitation will be held from 9:00am until service time on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Monroe Funeral Home. Rev. Robert P. Rickman will be officiating.
