Monday, September 17th, 2012Richard A. McCabe, age 56 of Delavan, Wi., passed away Monday September 17, 2012. He was born February 27, 1956 in Elkhorn, Wi., the son of Raymond and Carolyn (Vavara) McCabe. After graduating from Delavan-Darien High School in 1975, he worked in construction during his working career. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors.
He is survived by his son, Michael Mcerlean. His sister, Kathleen (Tim) Ruesch of Delavan. His brothers, Bradley McCabe of Madison and Daniel McCabe of Delavan. Nephews, Matt McCabe, Chris and Andy Ruesch, his niece, Jennifer Ruesch. His uncles and aunts, George (Mary) McCabe of Elkhorn and Helen (Geryl) Blakeley of Williams Bay. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Jane Bultman.
Memorial Service will be 6:00pm Tuesday September 25, 2012 at the Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, Wi. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
