DELAVAN – Robert G. Liden, age 64, of Delavan passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton. He was born on January 1, 1954 to Robert A. and Diane (Grebel) Liden. Robert graduated from DDHS in 1972. He was united in marriage to Rebeca Gatica on January 5, 2007. Robert enjoyed fishing, hunting (especially duck hunting), and was an avid sports fan (Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Cubs). He spent the last 30+ years of his career traveling the world, but always prioritized his family when home. Boat rides and BBQs were often enjoyed on warm summer days.
Robert is survived by his wife, Rebeca; three children, Carrie (Adam) Farence, of Fontana, Sara (Keith) Zillmer, of Walworth, and Becky (David) Green, of Delavan; grandchildren, Austin, Andrew, Caylie, Haylie, Alexandra, Taylor, Gavin, Grant, Gracie, Genna, and Agustina; and two sisters, Suzy (Keith) Raderschadt, of Elkhorn, and Nancy Liden, of Delavan.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, April 16, 2018 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan. Memorials can be directed to the American Cancer Society.
