DELAVAN – Douglas “Butch” L. Hipp, age 74, of Delavan passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at The Glenwood at Mulberry in Whitewater. He was born in Elkhorn on July 29, 1943 to Elwin and Mildred (Hallberg) Hipp. Butch was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and Delavan Elks Club.
Butch is survived by two sisters, Dorothy (Jerry) Niedermeier, of Roscoe, IL, and Lillian Hipp, of Washburn, WI; and nieces and nephews, Lori (Steven) Netti, of Kissimmee, FL, Steven (Stacy) Jacobs, of Middleton, WI, Mike (Nancy) Niedermeier, of Rockton, IL, Marc (Jolynn) Niedermeier, of Roscoe, IL, and Paula (Gary) Edwards, of Rhinelander, WI.
Butch is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva Street in Delavan with Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church. Burial will take place at Darien Cemetery.
