DARIEN – Simon A. Iniguez, age 53, of Darien passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at his home in Darien. He was born in Mexico on June 10, 1964 to Jose and Maria de Jesus Iniguez (Alba). Simon was united in marriage to Maria S. Aguirre on February 13, 1987.
Simon is survived by his wife of 31 years, Maria; three daughters, Y. Maribel (Armando) Bonilla, Liliana (Eraclio) Bonilla; and Emily A. Iniguez; a son, Antholin Iniguez; eight grandchildren, Simon, Noemi, Armando, Alexa, Melanie, Mia, Allison, and Salome; five sisters, Concepsion, Consuelo, Victoria, Elba, and Leonor; seven brothers, Jose, Manuel, Enrique, Ismael, Guillermo, Agustin, and Humberto; and many nieces and nephews.
Simon is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Alfredo and Juana.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 13, 2018 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 714 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. on Friday at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Burial will take place at Darien Cemetery.
