Ronald L. Henriott

Ronald L. Henriott, age 80, of Delavan, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Vintage on the Ponds in Delavan, Wisconsin. He was born on October 17, 1944, in Elkhorn, WI, to Marge and Wilber Henriott. On August 17, 1968, Ron married the love of his life, Sandi Brewer, with whom he shared 56 wonderful years and raised two beautiful children. Sandi preceded him in death on July 5, 2024. 

Ron dedicated much of his life to public service in the City of Delavan, serving as Mayor, Alderman, and Council President between 1988 and 2021, when he retired. He also worked at Swiss-Tech, Sta-Rite, contributed seasonally at Alpine Valley, and was a longtime caretaker for the Margaret Moulding-Hooker Estate on Delavan Lake. 

Affectionately known as “Cannon” or “Butch”, Ron will be remembered as a Harley Davidson riding, Wisconsin Badger-loving, Parrot Head. He enjoyed drinks on the deck, Friday nights with close friends, deep conversations, their winter trips to Florida and watching his grandchildren grow. Above all, he cherished every moment spent with his beloved Sandi. 

Ron is survived by his children, Kimberly (Timothy) Pratt and David (Selene) Henriott; grandchildren Abigail, Killian, Gabe, and Cameron, all of Delavan; brothers, Larry (Jeanne) Henriott of Farragut, TN, Jim (Darcie) Henriott of Delavan and brother-in-law Darrel Brewer of Waterford and many nieces, nephews and close friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Marge and Wilber; his wife, Sandi; brothers-in-law, Gary Brewer and Neil “Tubby” Brewer. 

A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue, Delavan, WI. 

Ron’s legacy of service, love, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
