DELAVAN – Ronald Lee Butcher, age 64, of Delavan passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Knoxville, TN on October 17, 1950 to Kyle and Mary (Mann) Butcher. Ronald was united in marriage to Wendy Rateike on September 25, 1982. Ron lived for his family and enjoyed a wide variety of music. He loved nature and being outdoors and he also LOVED his Green Bay Packers, but the thing Ron loved the most was Wendy Claire.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Wendy; eight children, Becky (Dan) Garber, WI; Robert (Stephanie) Butcher, AZ, Amy (George) Turnell, IL, Nicole (Jeremy) Yoakum, IL, April (Rich) Haynes, WI, Erin (Mike Haberkorn) Butcher, WI, Katie (Jade Gaber) Butcher, WI, and Hannah (Kyle Guetschow) Butcher, WI; 12 grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Trevor, Quinn, Garrett, Ethan, Tabitha, Jillian, Pura, Patricia, RJ, and Jace; his father, Kyle Butcher, TN; three brothers, Steve, Kenny, and Kevin; five sisters, Karen, Sheila, Paula, Teresa, and Christina; and a very special uncle and aunt, Carl (Joyce) Butcher, WI; as well as a special niece, Lynne. Ronald is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Gawthorp.
