Sandra L. Czaplicki, 57, of Whitewater died on Saturday, October 31, 2015. She was born in Chicago on July 31, 1958 to Henry and Alice (Lykowski) Czaplicki. Sandy is survived by her parents; a sister, Linda Penoyer; and several nieces and nephews. Sandy is preceded in death by her sister, Nancy.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
