DELAVAN – Scott P. Sjostrom, age 63, of Delavan passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn. He was born in Rockford, IL on February 6, 1954 to Stuart and Margaret (Salamone) Sjostrom. Scott was a manager for many years at the Waterfront and Cattails. He loved his community and was an active volunteer in the Delavan area for many years. Scott was an avid Brewers, Packers, and Badgers fan and had a deep love of animals and cared for many pets over the years.
Scott is survived by a daughter Megan Sjostrom, of DePere, WI; a son, Matthew (Anita) Unger, of Des Moines, IA; and a granddaughter, Brooklyn.
Scott is preceded in death by his parents; and his uncle Phil Salamone.
