Shirley M. Lauterbach, age 85 of Delavan, Wi., passed away Wednesday May 15, 2013 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, Wi. She was born on May 17, 1927 in Elburn, Il., the daughter of Fred and Agda (Nerothin) Kroll. Shirley was united in marriage to Henry Lauterbach on March 27, 1964 at the United Methodist Church in Delavan, Wi. He preceded her in death on May 9, 2005. Shirley was a secretary during her working career, a member of the Delavan United Methodist Church and once an avid golfer at Delbrook Golf Course in Delavan, Wi. Shirley is survived by her daughter, Lynn Lauterbach of Palatine, Il. 1 son, Paul (Rebecca) Lauterbach of Walworth, Wi. 2 grandchildren, Maggie and Sebastian. 3 sisters; Marion (Tom) Unti, Evelyn Negri and Janis Garberg. 1 brother, Fred Kroll. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry and 1 brother, Dick.
Funeral Services will be 10:30am Monday May 20, 2013 at the Delavan United Methodist Church with Rev. Stan Curtis officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00am to service time on Monday at the church.
