Sharon/ Theodore V. Walnoha age 74, of Sharon, passed away Tueday October 19, 2010 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville Wi.. He was born September 9, 1936 in Chicago Il., the son of Theodore L. and Ruth (Cork) Walnoha. Theodore married Nora Lee Moody in Chicago on December 26, 1959. He was employed at International Harvester for 18 years until his retirement in 1976. Theodore was an avid gardener with a special interest in organic foods. Along with his gardening, he loved cooking.
He is survived by his wife Nora of Sharon; 1 daughter, Melissa Walnoha of Edgerton Wi.; 2 sisters, Judith (Jim) Naughton of Il. and Diane (Pete) Schreyer of Fl..; 1 brother, James (Judy) Walnohn of Il.. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Patsy Clark and Marilyn Cantrell.
Funeral Services will be 12:00pm Friday October 22, 2010 at the Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan Wi. with Rev Ken Markley officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am to service time on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Sharon. Memorials may be made to the Lakeland Animal Shelter.
