DELAVAN – William “Billy Bob” W. Schwab, age 65, of Delavan passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his close friends. He was born on November 30, 1956 in Peoria, IL to William H. and Dolores (Larkin) Schwab. William proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.
Billy Bob was a maintenance man, landscaper, and cook, last working at Riga-Tonys in Delavan. He loved gardening and hanging out with friends at the End Zone.
He is survived by his grandson, William Montay Schwab; his step-sons, Doug Smith, Ashley Westhafer, and Brandon Westhafer. He is also survived by his sisters, Bonnie (Greg Larson) and Karen (Mike Stringer); his friends and caregivers, Christina Pratt, Nick Hanssen, Char Carlson, Eddie Lamb (his brother from other parents), his nephews, nieces, and his extended family of cousins and his cats.
Billy Bob is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Donna; and his son, William F. Schwab.
A Celebration of Life will be held at his favorite watering hole, the End Zone in Delavan, WI with interment at Swan Lake Cemetery in Peoria, IL. Dates and Time and pending. Memorials can be directed to a charity of your choice.
