DELAVAN – Austin J. Gibson, age 19, of Delavan passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at home. He was born in Libertyville, IL on April 18, 2002 to Josh and Nikole (Wallraf) Gibson. Austin was a 2020 graduate from Elkhorn. He enjoyed doing many outdoor activities including snowmobiling, four wheeling, and fishing.
Austin is survived by his parents, Josh and Nikole; a sister, Addison Jean Gibson, of Delavan; grandparents, Kurt Wallraf and Kelly Sutich-Wallraf, of Walworth, Melanie Gibson and Michael Imburgia, of IL, and Bonnie Blue, of Delavan; great grandmother, Alice Conwell; five aunts and three uncles; and many cousins, great aunts, great uncles, and great cousins.
A Celebration of Austin’s Life will be held from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, January 17, 2022 at The Rustic Pub, 2028 N. Shore Drive in Delavan. In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to Austin’s Go Fund Me Page, https://www.gofundme.com/f/73xk5-austins-memorial-fund
