Diane Josephine Kotula (nee Kujawa) age 93; beloved wife of the late Leonard Kotula. Devoted mother to Mark(Dana)Kotula,and Cheryl /“Cheri” (Charles/“Rusty”)Miller. Loving grandmother of Christopher Miller, Taylor Miller, Cameron Miller, and Alexander(Faith) Miller, Amber Kotula(Lucas Shipley), Devon(Laurel)Kotula, Connor(Morgan) Kotula, and Matric Kotula. Blessed great grandmother of Jaydyn Foley(Miller), Leilah Hibl(Kotula), Lenna Shipley(Kotula), Kristyl Dye(Kotula), Anthony Gomez (Kotula), Deyton Kotula, Raiden Kotula and Brinley Kotula. Cherished daughter of the late Stanley E. Kujawa Sr. and the late Stella (nee Brongiel). Dearest sister of Stanley J. Kujawa.
Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 26 2024 (The day before her birthday of October 27th)
The mass will begin at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary of Perpetual Help All Saints-St. Anthony Church, 1039 West 32nd Street, Chicago, Illinois 60608. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery
