DELAVAN – Joan M. Smalley, age 69, of Delavan passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. She was born in Racine, WI on August 22, 1955. Joan was united in marriage to Kevin Smalley on October 4, 2003 in Delavan.
Joan is survived by her husband, Kevin; two children, Sherri (Andre) Keller, of Sweetwater, TN, and Jeffrey Abbott, of Stoughton; four grandchildren, Alyssa Sylvester, of Ahoskie, NC, Andrew Sylvester, of Racine, WI, Marissa Abbott, of Stoughton, WI, and Kai Abbott, of Stoughton, WI; three great grandchildren, Rylee, Colton, and Dawson; father, Jeffrey; and five brothers, Steven, Ted, Ron (Robin), Brian (Kara), and Tom.
Joan is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara.
Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 1:30 P.M. – 2:30 P.M. on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan.
