DELAVAN – Donald L. Boss Jr., age 73, of Delavan passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at home in Delavan. He was born in Elkhorn on September 24, 1949 to Donald Sr. and Beverly (Harper) Boss. He graduated from DDHS in 1968. Don was united in marriage to Janet Pyrz on July 19, 1975 at Como Community Church. Janet passed away on May 29, 1994. Don worked for 40 years at Sta-Rite and then Pentair. He enjoyed car shows including going to Gus’s Drive-In in East Troy on Saturday nights.
Don is survived by his sister, Norma Heflick, of Elkhorn; his brother, Chuck Boss (Deborah Jackson), of Elkhorn; brother-in-law, James Niemuth, of Delavan; and nieces and nephews, Tina, Troy, Jennifer, and David.
Don is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janet; and sister, Barbara (Boss) Niemuth.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan.
