Georgia Kemp

Georgia Kemp, age 78, of Delavan, Wi. passed away Tuesday October 18, 2011 at Prairie Home Health Care in Menasha Wi. She was born February 22, 1933 in Franklin Furnace Ohio, the daughter of Stanley and Hazel (Sanor) Holloway. Georgia was employed at Oaks Manufacturing in Elkhorn for many years then at A-Jay Industries in Delavan before retiring. She enjoyed many activities in the area, including bowling, dancing, bingo and quilting. Georgia had a great love for her family and all her friends.

She is survived by her daughters; Connie (Jim) Zelem of Crandon, Wi., Karen Kilkenny of Waukesha Wi. and Lisa Mayfield of Bangor, Pa. Her son; Milton (Julie) Kemp of Shiocton, Wi. Her 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. 1 sister; Juanita Akers of Franklin Furnace Ohio. She is preceded by by her parents, 1 sister Wilma Jean and her very dear friend, Jim Dooley.

Funeral Services will be 1:00pm Thursday October 20, 2011 at the Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan, Wi. with Rev. Mike Ida officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00pm to service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan is assisting the family.
