RICHMOND/DELAVAN - Norma C. Redenius, age 84, of W8411 Turtle Lake Road, passed away July 13, 2016 at Janesville Mercy Hospital. She was born on the family farm in Richmond on September 15, 1931 the daughter of George and Marie (Hall) Johnson. She married Leroy Redenius on August 21, 1950 in Dubuque, Iowa and they were parents of four children.
Norma lived her entire life in Richmond Township. She was a lifelong member of the Richmond United Methodist Church. Norma was always more concerned about the interests and well-being of her family and friends than that of herself. She enjoyed listening to country music and watching Badger basketball, Brewer baseball and Packer football.
Norma is survived by husband, Leroy, and a daughter Lorelea (Jeff) Sisley of Platteville; three sons Steve (Jane) of Janesville, Wayne and Carl at home and two brothers William and Carter of Richmond.
At Norma’s request private family services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016. She will be buried in Richmond Cemetery. In lieu of other forms of sympathy, any memorials can be directed to Norma’s family, which they will distribute to Hospice or to the church.
