DELAVAN – Rolando Charo, age 52, of Delavan passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at home in Delavan. He was born in Elkhorn on September 20, 1973 to Juan and Belma (Rodriguez) Charo. Rolando graduated from DDHS in 1992. He proudly served in the U.S. Marines. Rolando was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Rolando is survived by his son, Gavino, of Rockford; father, Juan Charo, of Delavan; sister, Marta (Ricardo) Vela, of Elkhorn; three brothers, Esteban “Stevie” (Christi) Charo, of TX, twin brother, Rodolfo (Roddy) Charo, of Rockford, and Gilbert (Anna) Sandoval, of Delavan; and many nieces and nephews.
Rolando is preceded in death by his mother, Belma.
Public Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Avenue in Delavan.
