DELAVAN – Sarah Anne Jennison (O’Connor), age 39, of Delavan passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at home in Delavan. Sarah will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her two beloved sons, Parker and Phenixx; her sister, Kim; mother, Lisa; and father, David.
Sarah’s strength and love will continue to inspire those she left behind. Her memory will forever be cherished by all who knew her.
