DELAVAN/ELKHORN – Willard “Bill” J. Bultman, age 79, of Delavan/Elkhorn passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn. He was born in Elkhorn on August 26, 1944 to John and Gertie Bultman. Bill attended the Delavan-Darien School District and went on to serve in the U.S. Army. Bill was employed as a truck driver for over 30 years. After retirement, he remained an active advocate for the Teamsters Union #200. Bill proudly marched for many years in the local Memorial Day parade with the military color guard. He enjoyed golfing, going to local county fairs, wintering in Florida, antiquing and spending time with family and friends.
Bill is survived by his three children, Jeremey Bultman, of Alaska, JaLayne (John) Olson, of Elkhorn, and JaNean (Dale) Blackwell, of Whitewater; four grandchildren, Hannah (James) Kaye, Autumn Bultman, Luke Bultman, and Emma Olson; two siblings, Albert (Judy) Bultman, of Delavan, and Marvin Bultman, of Delavan; former spouse, Shirley Bultman; and many nieces and nephews.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 8, 2024 at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
