Wilma L. North, age 64 of Delavan Wi., passed away Wednesday morning April 4, 2012 at her home. She was born June 18, 1947 in Huron South Dakota, the youngest of 9 children to Felix and Alice (Martel) Clarambeau. Wilma married Donald North on October 18, 1963 and he preceded her in death on March 4, 2011. She was employed at Borg Industries in Delavan and General Motors in janesville for many years until her retirement in 2006. She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Delavan. Wilma treasured her family, time spent with her children, grandchildren, 2 daughters- in-law and traveling with her husband Donald. She enjoyed the love and support of neighbors and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Roxane North of Elkhorn. Her 2 sons; Scott (Kristen) North of Elkhorn and Craig (Melissa) North of Janesville. Her grandchildren; Tanner, McKenna, Alliah, Taylor and Travis. 2 sisters; Betty Johnson of S.D. and Mary Kay Tschetter of S.D. Her brother, Harold (Lee) Clarambeau of S.D. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, siblings; Ethel, Alton,Avis, Lorraine and Patricia.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am Saturday April 7, 2012 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Delavan, Wi. with Fr. Jim Schuerman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am to service time at the church on Saturday. Burial will follow at St. Andrew's Cemetery. MONROE FUNERAL HOME in Delavan, Wi. is assisting the family.
